By accessing or using Kitaan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using any feature of Kitaan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

Kitaan provides a suite of free, web-based business management tools, including but not limited to: • Rental Tracker — property and tenant management • Business Scheduler — appointment and staff scheduling • Invoicing — invoice generation and payment tracking • Delivery Tracker — delivery dispatch and management • Farm Tracker — agricultural production and supply management All tools are provided free of charge. Kitaan is operated by its developers and made available at kitaan.net. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use Kitaan, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, your name, and a password. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@kitaan.net if you suspect unauthorized access You may not create accounts using false identities, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Your account data, including business records created within the Service, is associated with your registered email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

You agree to use Kitaan only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You may not: • Upload, transmit, or store content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the underlying systems • Use the Service to send spam, phishing content, or other unsolicited communications • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its servers • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without express written permission • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

The Kitaan name, logo, brand identity, and all software, designs, text, and features of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Kitaan and its developers, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data, records, and content you create within the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Kitaan a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KITAAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the Service Kitaan is a free platform. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or continuous availability. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of important business data. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kitaan and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall Kitaan's aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed zero Philippine Pesos (₱0.00), reflecting that the Service is provided entirely free of charge. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
